Megan and I have been sick since last week
and after so long of just sitting around being sick we decided to be crazy!
We dressed up as rock stars =)
I have been enjoying my package from my family.
Candy, toys, coloring books, crayons, fun socks, and ramen.
They know me so well!
I don't get to go home for thanksgiving
which is very depressing since it will be the first one that i've missed,
but I am going to the Ewell family thanksgiving.
They're so much fun to be around so it will be fun!
Only 4 weeks till I fly home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to see everyone!!

Girls night.
This last weekend Megan and I decided that we needed a girls night.
We tie dyed t-shirts, did face masks, and watched the movie "The Proposal"
Here are a few pictures.
I had on two face masks because Megan was mad that my first one was clear.
It was fun besides my face burning, which she thought was funny.
Other than that there isn't much going on.
There are 4 weeks left until finals which is pretty scary,
but its also great because I get to go back and see my friends and family.

I officially fit into jeans that I haven't fit into for a LONG time.
It made me so happy that I went to celebrate...
by getting Ben and Jerry's ice cream.
I'm still a fat kid at heart =)
I finished putting together some pages of my scrapbook that my aunt got me.
Those are just a few.
I got an A + on one of my essays for Mr. Geoff Wichert.
Put that in your soup and slurp it!!
People here are CRAZY!
It snowed the other day,
so I put on an undershirt with a t-shirt then a hoodie and finally a coat with a hat and a scarf and two pairs of socks...
I walked outside and NO ONE was wearing a coat! Just hoodies!
Apparently FREEZING COLD SNOW is now hoodie weather.
And just so you know
There are only 5 weeks and 6 days till I get to go home.

Homecoming Week.
This week at Snow was homecoming.
So for a joke Megan and I asked our friend Jeremy to homecoming.
(It was a joke because he hates dances not because we were being mean)
We tagged his car
And heart attacked his room

Howdy!
I didn't know that my dad was telling people about my blog...
So I'm sorry for that silly picture =p
But now that you know about it,
you should make a blog of your own!
So I bet you're just SOOO curious about whats going on with me
....Right?????
Welllllllll I won't keep you waiting so here are ten things going through my head.
1. Roomates are NOT fun.
Especially when its a bunch of girls.
Can you say drama???
But I do have one roomie that is absolutely wonderful =)
She's so much fun. I'm VERY thankful for her.
2. Sleepless nights = dumb
tylenol PM = very likely possibility for tonight.
Its bad when you spend 30 minutes (no joke) not understanding why your password isn't working and then find out its because you didn't have the num luck thingy on.......
But I would NEVER do something as dumb as that.
3. 8:00 in the morning is earlier than you think.
And is not a good idea for those that don't like mornings.
but it does help when its an interesting class like psychology.
4. Dad was right ( don't get used to it) When someone named "Jeff" spells it "GEOFF" (which by the way doesn't even sound like its spelled) he's probably not a good choice for a teacher.
Hopefully no one has a relative named "geoff"
If so.. then I never said that =)
5. Mountains are plain and boring
No matter what you say.
Trees are so much better.
And since when do all the leaves fall off the tree when they're still green??
6. I'm banning anything Korean.
I'm not racist, but I can only take so much.
And I'm gonna go ahead and include all other asian languages.
They just sound too much alike.
Did you know I can speak chinese???
MA, MA, MA, MA.
Four different words. Crazy huh?
And my name translates into any language!
Shinko-japanese, shinang-korean, shing shing-chinese, fe-spanish.
Sorry for the spelling, but that's the best I can do. =)
7. I think my toes are completely frozen.
Its so cold here.
8. Guys stink.
Since when do girls have to have the guts and go talk to them??
Nope. I ain't doin' it.
And so what if I tripped in front of him
And get caught staring
And act like a dummy
Megan, you just need to stop laughing at me.

9. Short hair always seems like a good idea
...untill you actually cut it.
Trust me.
I'm an expert on that subject.

So I made a blog....
=) Hello.
I decided to make a blog because I'm so far away from home and not many people know whats going on with my college adventure. It's not going to be amazing stories like climbing Mount Everest, but I'll try to keep it interesting!
I'm going to college in Ephraim, UT. A place that is probably smaller than your back yard. I'm taking 17 credit hours this semester; Intro to writing, Basic design, Psychology, Math, and TSFL (a teaching foreign language class). Right now I'm doing generals, but hopefully soon I'll figure out what I'm going to major in.
I'm rooming with 5 other girls in an apartment right by campus. So far I've been able to handle all the girl drama without killing anyone =) but right now i'm just taking it a day at a time, and taking time to play in the rain.
